Conditions of Carriage for Hop Yuen Industrial Ltd.

   • The company guarantees that all cleanroom projects will meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance. Any deviations from the agreed-upon specifications will be rectified at the company's expense.

3. Project Management

   • Our in-house team of specialists will advise and support the client from the initial design phase until the full completion of the project. This includes regular progress reports, budget control, and adherence to timelines.

4. Compliance with Regulations

   • Hop Yuen Industrial Ltd. shall ensure that all cleanroom projects are in compliance with local, national, and international regulations relevant to the cleanroom industry.

5. Safety Standards

   • The company is committed to maintaining the highest safety standards during all phases of the project. This includes the use of personal protective equipment, adherence to safety protocols, and regular safety inspections.

6. Responsibility and Liability

   • Hop Yuen Industrial Ltd. shall be responsible for any damages or losses that occur as a result of its negligence or failure to perform its obligations under this contract. The company's liability shall be limited to the cost of rectifying any defects or replacing any faulty components.

7. Confidentiality
